Mr. Crowley joined Healthcare Realty in 2006. As Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, he is responsible for the Company’s investment strategy, with oversight of acquisitions, dispositions and development. Having been integral to the formation and expansion of the Company’s joint venture program, including partnerships with Nuveen, CBRE Investment Management and KKR, Mr. Crowley provides oversight of its joint venture relationships. From 2021 to 2024, he served as Senior Vice President, Investments. Since joining Healthcare Realty, Mr. Crowley has been directly involved with investment transactions valued at more than $8 billion. Before joining the Company, Mr. Crowley worked in real estate development.
Mr. Crowley received a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University’s Owen School of Business.
