Mr. Gabbay joined the Company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in January 2026. Most recently, he served as a Managing Director in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at RBC Capital Markets, where he focused on the healthcare REIT sector, and previously held a similar role in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Barclays. Mr. Gabbay has nearly 20 years of experience providing advisory and capital markets services to clients across the real estate industry. He began his career in investment banking at Lehman Brothers in 2001.
Mr. Gabbay holds a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor of Science from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
