Prior to being appointed Interim President and CEO in late 2024, Ms. Moore served on Healthcare Realty’s Board of Directors for two years, where she held a position on the Nominating and Governance Committee. Ms. Moore has more than 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. From 2017 to 2021, she served as a director of Columbia Property Trust, including one year as chair of its Board of Directors. Previously, she served as a director of Civeo Corporation, a director of TriPointe Homes, and was the Chair of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (Nareit). Between 2005 and 2014, she held the position of President and CEO of BRE Properties, Inc., until the completion of its merger with Essex Property Trust in 2014. Ms. Moore has also served as chair of the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics Policy Advisory Board at UC Berkeley, as vice chair on the Board of Bridge Housing Corporation, as a Governor and Lifetime Trustee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and on the Board of the Tower Foundation at San Jose State University.
