Healthcare Realty Trust's $2.0 billion real estate portfolio includes 250 medical property and mortgage investments, including investments in unconsolidated limited liability companies, comprised of six different types of facilities.  These range from medical office buildings and ancillary hospital facilities (buildings that function as extensions of the hospital and which often include office space, imaging and diagnostic services, and/or an ambulatory surgery center) to inpatient rehabilitation and senior living facilities.
